Location: Middletown NY area (Full-Time, On-Site)
Salary: $60,000-$65,000
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Full-Time, Permanent)
A market-leading residential construction company in the Hudson Valley is seeking a Design and Project Professional with strong current CAD and Revit skills. This full-time, client-facing position involves guiding clients through the home building process while collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver timely and creative solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Work directly with clients throughout the home construction process, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project timelines and goals.
• Provide design expertise for both interior and exterior residential projects.
• Utilize Revit and CAD software for project design, updates, and presentations.
• Offer creative problem-solving solutions to meet client needs and project requirements.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Revit and/OR CAD software (current experience required).
• Experience in residential construction, focusing on interiors and exteriors.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
Excellent work environment, team office structure.
