Corporate Controller – Growing Multi-Site Manufacturer

A growing U.S.-based manufacturer with multiple facilities is seeking a Corporate Controller to oversee financial operations across four sites, with plans to expand further. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can balance day-to-day accounting with strategic insight to support the company’s growth.

The Opportunity

The Corporate Controller will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across a multi-site organization. This individual will play a critical role in standardizing practices, supporting acquisitions, and providing leadership with financial insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of accounting and finance, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

  • Consolidate financials across multiple sites and ensure consistency in policies and internal controls.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.

  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.

  • Support integration of new acquisitions and site expansions.

  • Partner with plant managers and senior leadership to improve cost accounting, efficiency, and profitability.

  • Coordinate with external auditors and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

  • Supervise and develop finance/accounting staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA preferred.

  • 7–10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments.

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.

  • Experience managing financial operations across multiple facilities preferred.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage both details and big-picture strategy.

  • Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems; experience leading system upgrades or integrations a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary range of $125,000 – $160,000 (depending on experience).
