Location: BOCA RATON, FL
FULL TIME, ON-SITE POSITION

A well-established wealth management firm is seeking a FULL-TIME TAX ACCOUNTANT to join its BOCA RATON, FL office. The ideal candidate must be able to HANDLE large volume of tax returns, interact with clients, professional demeanor.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience preparing individual and business tax returns
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Preferably 1+ years’ experience using UltraTax software (business return experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with sales and payroll tax filings
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Positive, team-oriented professional approach

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client interviews and gather financial documentation
  • Review financial data for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare individual and small business tax returns
  • Provide guidance on tax and accounting matters
  • Respond to client inquiries and research tax-related issues
  • Assist with sales and payroll tax filings
  • Support additional projects as assigned
