Location: Croton-on-Hudson, NY
Salary: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour + shift differential | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and other CNC machines
- Perform machining operations to produce precision mechanical components
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
- Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards
- Perform basic CNC programming as required
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or degree a plus
- 3–5 years of CNC machining experience (lathe, set-up, operate, programming)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and meet ITAR/DOD compliance requirements
- 1st Shift: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:15 PM – 12:45 AM (includes $0.80/hour shift differential)
- Occasional Saturday work as required
- Competitive hourly pay: $22.00 – $25.00 (based on experience)
